1. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all perfumes listed on our store.
Actual scent experience may vary depending on body chemistry, climate, and storage conditions.
All products are 100% original (or as clearly labeled if decants or inspired versions).
2. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other official platform we use.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as:
Product unavailability
Invalid or incomplete delivery details
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
3. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Easypaisa
JazzCash
Bank Transfer
Orders using online payment will be processed only after payment confirmation.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.
Exchanges are only possible if:
You received the wrong product, or
The item was damaged in transit
Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and must include an unboxing video as proof.
Refunds or replacements are only issued once we verify the claim.
5. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal information shared with us (name, contact, address) is kept confidential and used only for order processing.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest terms.
🚚 Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Major Cities: 2 to 4 working days
Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unexpected events.
3. Shipping Charges
Free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000.
For orders below PKR 5,000, a standard shipping fee of PKR 200 applies.
4. Delivery Method
We use reliable courier services like Leopards, TCS, M&P, etc.
Tracking details will be sent to you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for most areas in Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
6. Advance Payment Areas
Some remote or high-risk locations may require advance payment.
In such cases, our team will contact you before dispatch.
7. Missed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery once.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
